It is designed according to the casemaking process and operating habits, it is a complete line of making mass production hard cover. It makes the casemaking more convenient, standard, normative, accurate and fast. ● 500mm gluing and pressing width, Max. size of hard cover up to A3 landscape size. ● Copper alloy made Glue application roller and Glue tray. Independent homothermal    impermeable heater unit. ● Automatic water replenishing, stepless glue application speed. ● Microthermal animal glue drying quickly, no deformation and lower cost. ● Animal glue and water-based white latex are both available. ● Soft ligth table with center position. ● Large air quantity suction assistance position. ● Flexible and fast to change the different width of spine guides. ● Antidromic electric edge folding operate. ● Adjustable rolling press pressure. ● Soft rubber roller and steel roller makes the pressure uniform and constant. ● Stack the cover papers and cardboards on the Upper table. ● The base of the machine is equipped with high load bearing Footmaster casters, which    is convenient for moving the machine, level adjustment and rising fixed.

Optiona Spine Guide ●long 3mm spine guide   ●short 3mm spine guide ●long 8mm spine guide     ●short 8mm spine guide ●long 10mm spine guide   ●short 10mm spine guide          Four steps to make hard covers with SK950L: _________________________________________________________________ STEP 1:Hot gluing Apply the adhesive to the back of the hard cover shell evenly.  ● High accuracy glue roller makes the adhesive well-distributed. ● Copper alloy made Glue application roller and Glue tray makes the heat conduction     well-distributed and speed fast. ● The thickness of the glue can be adjusted according to the job needs. ● Independent homothermal impermeable heater unit, Animal glue and water-based white latex are both available. ● Add appropriate water by Automatic water replenishing device according to the glue condition in order to avoid glue becomes dry and hard. STEP 2:Positioning Bound the cardboard and spine with the cover paper. ● Flexible and fast to change the different width of spine guides, easy to create many fully decorated hard covers. ● Suction assistance makes the cover material positoned accurately, no removable, which avoid the bubbles when the cover glued with cardboard. ● Soft light table with center positioning makes the spine position easy to view, and the soft light table labels the reference meshed line for variety of formates cover paper. ● Humanized back guage device can be adjusted and fixed to ensure the same size of each finished hard cover. STEP 3:Electric edge folder   Insert the cardboard into the folder part side by side, all four sides of the cover papers are turned-in. ● Light reflex checking, when the cardboard are turned-in, the machine will start and make the edge folded. ● Antidromic electric edge folder, it will be back on the position when finished edge folding. ● The size and the position of the edge folding can be adjusted. ● The edge folding pressure can be adjusted to adapt the different thickness of the cardboard. STEP 4:Rolling press   Put the hard cover in the rolling press system, and the hard cover will be formed by proper pressure. ● High-accuracy soft rubber roller ensure the enough necessary pressure and protect the hard cover. ● The pressure on each side of the machine can be adjusted on the basis of different material.
